My name is Petra Boekema and I have a passion for painting and many other forms of art that I would like to share with you.
At the moment I mainly paint with acrylic paint on canvas. My paintings are naif figurative. I use a lot of color and always a bit of humor.
I look forward to exchange idees with anyone who is interested in my paintings. Visits are only by appointment without obligation to view my studio and my works at my home.
Once a year I exhibit in the Pavillon Renaissance in Brantôme in the Dordogne. Often in July.

Vide Atelier 2025-2026
This winter I want to sell my somewhat older paintings for small prices. These are about 40 works in a variety of sizes from small to large. Painted with acrylic or oil paint. Many canvases have also been removed from their frames and rolled up. It may also well be that some paint is slightly cracked but that does not detract from the artistic value. Here on my internet site, I show some of the works I intend to sell through the "vide atelier".
